Bose Professional approached us with a project brief for branding their executive suite at Ascot Racecourse. The timelines were tight, everything had to be designed, produced and installed before Royal Ascot which was just weeks away. Our in-house design team worked closely with the Bose Pro marketing team to create the final layout based on the supplied design brief; the room should feature the Bose brand colour scheme only, the space was to showcase a selection of Bose’s top UK reference sites and display some inspirational quotes from the company’s founder, Dr. Amar Bose. On top of this brief, we know we also had to consider that the creative on the walls shouldn’t be overbearing for guests or have an impact on the perceived amount of light in the space.

Upon design approval, all walls were wrapped in digitally printed wallpaper with satin laminate, from floor to ceiling. This was for two reasons, firstly to be in keeping with Bose brand colour standards throughout and secondly this was a tactical approach to hide areas of the walls that would have required a fresh layer of paint. We even wrapped the inside of the coat rack area, including the shelves, to completely modernise the space and give the Welcome area more of a premium appearance.
